Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays.

Job Summary

Providing clerical and administrative support to enable the smooth and efficient running of operations. Assisting the Centre Manager to direct centre operations to increase accuracy, productivity, efficiency and to reduce costs.
Job Description

Ensuring that fresh ingredients and supplies are available when daily production starts in the early morning hours.
Monitoring the material issuing process and ensuring that materials are issued only according to the standard given by the Manager.
Establishing a professional brand, consistent image and stellar reputation for the company.
Maintaining daily attendance records.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate business operations.
Booking and arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondences.
Authorizing fuel vouchers for the release of fuel to office vehicles and monitoring its usage.
Monitoring costs and expenses to assist the Manager in budget preparation.
Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new materials paying full attention to budgetary constraints.
Receiving visitors and directing them to the appropriate offices.
Ensuring that the office and company environment is thoroughly clean and presentable.
Ensuring that operations adhere to the company’s policies and regulations.
Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company.
Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Preparing weekly reports on material usage, office cleaning schedule, maintenance sheet and fuel reconciliation sheet.
Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments; often controlling access to the Manager.
Managing databases and filing systems for proper recording, documentation and safekeeping of files and records.
Collating and filing expenses incurred in the operation of the business.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Business Administration or any Social Science or Management discipline.
At least 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of human resource management is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Skills:

Excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and bargaining skills.
Sound analytical skills.
Proficient IT skills.
Remuneration

Monthly Salary: N70,000 - N100,000

Job Overview

Our Marketing officer is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the marketing operations within the company.
This role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the company’s classic cream premium brand and to achieve the company's objectives, driving awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales revenue.
He ensures consistent brand messaging in collaboration with stakeholders, identifies market expansion opportunities. This officer collaborates closely with the sales and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Craft strategies for teams, including the digital marketing team, sales team and customer engagement team.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and product launches.
Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, including public relations efforts, social media engagement, and community outreach programs.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
Market research:

Conduct market research for the bread industry to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Stay abreast with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into strategies and tactics.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features), liaise with the pricing strategy team for price positioning in the market.
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Brand management:

Identify and establish the unique value proposition of the brand, ensuring differentiation from competitors and resonance with target audiences.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards, both internally and externally, to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all brand-related activities and initiatives.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and reach, while aligning with brand values and objectives.
Maintain consistency and integrity of brand identity across all communication channels and touchpoints, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice.

Advertisements:

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity in conjunction with the sales team and customer engagement officer.
Team management:

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of team members to optimize performance.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
Budget management:

Manage and optimize marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Work Hours:

8am to 5pm.
5 work days weekly.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Must 3-5 years experience
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across traditional and digital channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
