Job Title: Wholesale Sales Executive
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Provide product training and support to wholesale clients.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, address customer concerns.
Visit 25 outlets daily, make sales calls in cluster markets.
Reconcile with distributors daily, start at 7:30 am, end by 5 pm.
Achieve Secondary Sales Target, with first visit/call before 9:30 am.
Work Monday to Saturday, with incentives based on performance.
Report to ASM.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior wholesale sales experience
Strong understanding of products and competitors' offerings required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate contracts and prices
Capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships
Ability to manage accounts and track sales activities
Must adapt to changing market conditions and work hours.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Demonstrate in-depth product or service knowledge to address customer needs and inquiries.
Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey the value proposition effectively.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Visit 40 outlets daily, make neighborhood sales calls.
Reconcile with distributors daily.
Start at 7:30 am, end at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
First visit/call before 9:30 am.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an O'Level / OND
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with relevant industry products or services is a plus.
