Job Title: Sales Executive (Simba Engine Oil and Tyres)


Location: Acme Road / Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos


Job Summary


The Sales Executive will be responsible to develop, devise, and execute strategies, guide teams in market expansion efforts, ensure exceptional customer service delivery, and meet predefined revenue and profitability goals.

Major KRAs / Responsibilities


Identifying new potential markets for Simba Engine Oil and Tyre

Creating new dealers/retailers in identified markets

Convincing potential dealers/retailers to purchase Simba Engine Oil and Tyre

Achieving monthly sales targets

Maintaining good relationships with major stake holders

Monitoring activities of competitors in markets

KPIs


Sales target achievement

Dealer/Retailer creation

Team Work

Relationship management.


Requirements


Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Job Title: Sales Executive (Three / Two Wheeler Spare Parts)


Location: Sokoto

Employment Type: Full-time


Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Three/Two Wheeler Spare Parts Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling spare parts for three/two-wheelers, developing strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities


Sales Generation:

Identify potential customers and develop leads for spare parts sales.

Actively promote and sell spare parts for three/two-wheelers to customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate product solutions.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Develop a deep understanding of three/two-wheeler spare parts and their applications.

Provide product training and demonstrations to customers as needed.

Stay informed about new product launches and updates.

Order Processing and Documentation:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and customer information.

Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2 - 5 years work experience.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.

Knowledge of three/two-wheeler spare parts and their applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
