We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Description
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, retailers, and distributors.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
Communicate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their specific needs.
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
General Supervision:
Supervision of all operational/ administrative activities
Ensure prompt, accurate and smooth production
Ability to give proper reports on the input and output of materials and production
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND in Accounting or Business Administration qualification with 1- 2 years work experience.
Strictly Male candidates
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong book-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity and sales management tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Salary
N60,000 - N75,000 / Month and some other benefits like sales commission.
