Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Funds Compliance and Operations Specialist.
This role is crucial to ensuring our pension fund operations align with regulatory standards and are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with all relevant pension fund regulations and standards.
Oversee the daily operations of the pension fund, including contributions, remittances, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all pension fund activities.
Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Provide expert advice on pension fund-related matters to the company’s management team.
Monitor changes in pension regulations and update company policies accordingly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension fund administration or compliance.
Strong understanding of Nigerian pension regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly, depending on experience.
