Job Title: Restaurant Operative

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

Interested applicants must be 21 years and above.
Five credits in SSCE; OND holders can apply.
BSC/HND Holders shouldn't apply.

N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

To monitor the net worth of goods and maintain accurate records at all times, whilst helping to determine the organization’s profitability and accuracy of financial statements
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
Inventory Management:

Ensure proper treatment of , inter-store/ inter-branch transfer Note and Shipment report from the warehouse to QSR locations
Monitor daily stock movement i.e Inter-store transfers
Post all inventory journals ( inventory depletion on a monthly basis) on system in use (Oracle)
Compute all direct cost and other related inventory consumptions; Diesel Usage, Gas consumption & General Consumable and post into the respective ledgers
Reconcile store by store Cost of Sales, Diesel, Gas & General consumables reconciliation with store managers
Perform monthly price update of GP template used in the store
Coordinate monthly inventory count activities.
Analysis and Reporting:

Prepare monthly Stock Usage Analysis and Variance Analysis
Perform valuation of all closing stock includes diesel, Gas and other consumables
Reconcile stock count sheet with GP report from QSR stores
Prepare stock count report for management decision
Reconcile all inventory ledgers with the inventory valuation report
Prepare change Price impact on gross profit report
Key Performance Indicators
Timeliness of stock usage and variance analysis
Timelines of cost of sales report for monthly profit or loss
Timeliness of monthly stock count report
Accuracy of the inventory valuation reports
Job Specifications

A good first degree in Accounting or Finance
Possession of a Post graduate degree in Accounting/Business Administration or related field is an added advantage
Membership of the ICAN, CFA, ACCA or any other related professional qualification is required.
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role 
Decision Expectations
Enforce agreed decisions
Ensures accurate stock reporting
Monitor daily stock movement
Reconciles inventory ledgers with inventory valuation report
Knowledge Requirements:

Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management
Knowledge of Financial Analysis
Knowledge of operations in the Food/QSR Industry
Knowledge of process of recording raw goods, overhead costs and variable costs.
Knowledge of GAAP
Knowledge of various inventory methods.
