Proven experience in similar role (8+ years ) and Proven track record of delivering high-performance across Nigeria

Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge and marketing software.

Responsibilities
Overseeing Production Processes, Plan and execute the production schedule on time within budget and ensuring quality standards and ensure fortification process as per regulatory requirement are met.
Conduct thorough Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures before production, ensuring the Fryma machine and other production lines are impeccably clean and sanitized. Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning processes, to initiate the production cycle.

Ensure the safe use of equipment, schedule and organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Analyze budgets and continuously control production cost and identify/rectify waste measures.
Ensure food safety, security, and sanitation systems are maintained in accordance with cGMP, cGWP, HACCP, and other guidelines – conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, practices, etc.
Coaches and develops staff, while fostering a team atmosphere. Provides pep talks as needed and coaching for any performance issues.
Check production output according to specifications and submit report on performance and progress.
Identify issues of inefficiency, suggest and take action on improvement
Conduct monthly performance appraisals for all production employees and communicate information to HR and Executive Management
