We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Optimizer

Location: Bauchi
Employment Type: Full Time


Responsibilities

Assists the state team in implementing the GANC Model with high standards.
Oversees implementation of GANC Model activities in all facilities with utmost fidelity and ensures the Model is done according to standard.
Conducts mentoring/On-The-Job training in supported facilities across ANC and labour wards.
Ensures the quality of MNH services provided in assigned facilities is optimum.
Ensures needed equipment/materials are available in supported facilities.
Provides general support and serves as a link between facilities and the Program team.
Performs any other duties as requested by the Program team.
Timely collates and writes reports
Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
2 years of working experience related to MNCH particularly intrapartum and ANC
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Planning, coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in word processing, Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel within the state
Understanding of Hausa language would be an added advantage.
