Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund - International advocacy organization Global Citizen and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) have partnered to create the Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund (NSSF), a fund for Nigerians by Nigerians to combat the devastating effects on the people of Nigeria by COVID-19 and its associated restrictions. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the lives of every Nigerian, and healthcare systems have become overwhelmed and need critical support.
Funds mobilized through the Solidarity Fund will target three core COVID-19 response areas: supporting the most vulnerable, strengthening healthcare systems, and building capacity (the re-skilling and retooling of the Nigerian youth/workforce) for The New Nigeria. The fund target is to raise $50 million from Nigerians at home and in the diaspora, multilateral organizations, philanthropists (HNIs, foundations) and corporations.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Monitoring And Evaluation Officer at Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.
The Monitoring And Evaluation Officer will be responsible for system monitoring, report writing, analytical skills, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and data management.
The role involves supporting program delivery initiatives, improving data accuracy and strengthening communication and learning in the health sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring and Evaluation, or related field
System Monitoring and Data Management skills
Report Writing and Analytical Skills proficiency
Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Summary
The U.S. Embassy in Abuja is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the General Service Assistant Position in the General Services office.
Duties
This is a position that oversees the varied portfolios of Customer Service and Travel.
The position holder will assist two entry level Assistant General Services Officers at post to provide service support to GSO customers.
The position supports LE Staff employees and American direct-hires and their families assigned to Abuja and reports to the Supervisory General Services Officer (SGSO).
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Psychology, Law, Business Management, Communications or related majors
Two (2) years of experience in logistics, procurement, project management, administrative/business management, or quality management and six (6) months of supervisory experience is required.
A detailed knowledge of all Department of State regulations pertaining to GSO activities, including Federal Acquisition Regulations, Department of State Acquisition Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, the Foreign Affairs Manual, and the Foreign Affairs Handbook is required. Thorough knowledge of administrative and office procedures and a general understanding of USG organizational structure in an Embassy as well as exceptional knowledge of practices relative to a wide range of services available to the GSO customer is required.
Knowledge of host country business practices (e.g., bargaining practices, cultivating relationships with government and private sector contacts) as well as the general structure of local administrative offices such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Diplomatic Services Bureau, Customs, Tax Authority, Motor Vehicle Authority is required.
Good oral and written communication skills, to include ability to write clear and concise documents, reports, program and policy guidelines and ability to deliver oral presentations is required. Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills. Must demonstrate the ability to work with customers in providing clear, concise guidance and training.
Must be comfortable working with Embassy personnel and be able to respond with courtesy in handling stressful situations. Must be an analytic thinker, and a problem-solver. Ability to type with emphasis on accuracy and a proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) and GSO-related software is required.
Salary
USD $47,419 / Per Year.
