Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Personnel Management: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, financial documents, and regulatory filings. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information, and implement systems for efficient record retrieval and storage.
Problem Solving: Address issues and concerns raised by staff, clients, or regulatory authorities in a timely and professional manner. Implement solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness of administrative operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models and delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with Graph Machine Learning and applying methods for classification, prediction, and generation tasks.
In-depth knowledge of generative AI methods and the ability to adapt them to custom datasets and domains.
Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with common software development tools.
Understanding of AI behavioral techniques.
