Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in brand management, communication, and trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of brand communication strategies across various channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.).
Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and merchandising.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Help manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and provide reports on key metrics.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for brand and trade activities.
Participate in cross-functional projects to gain a deeper understanding of the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in brand management, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or experience in marketing/brand management is a plus but not required.
