Job Title: CT Construction Supervisor
Location: Rivers

Job Purpose
To execute assigned multidisciplinary construction activities for the Project in accordance with Contract approved project management procedures
Ensuring HSE, quality, schedule and budget standards are met in a controlled, transparent and auditable manner in collaboration with the EPC Contractor through to Mechanical Completion and Precommissioning.
Reporting Relationships:
Functionally & Administratively reports to: Project Construction Area Lead (TBC).
Working Relationships:
Internal: Departments, MOF and other Management teams in the Production and Technical divisions, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
External: Contractor, Vendors, Suppliers and Contractors.
Main Accountabilities
Deliver and supervise the construction of allocated Project Construction scopes, including constructability reviews, in accordance with the CLIENT
approved Project Management Procedures, within approved project scope, HSE, quality and schedule.
Lead role in Construction supervision at site. This will be multidisciplinary role, covering MEIC scopes.
Develop Construction Risk Assessment of assigned scopes aligned with the Project Risk Assessment to identify and assess risks, issues and uncertainties associated with implementing the Project and implement the Construction Risk Management Plan and mitigation strategies for assigned project scopes.
Lead role in Goal Zero HSE delivery at site: Apply the HSE and Quality Management Plan for assigned construction activities.
Lead Quality delivery of scopes: Direct role in ensuring adherence to the Project Quality Management System to achieve quality delivery of Project,
and carry out, where required, construction Quality inspections changes, Technical Integrity, deviations and queries in accordance with the Change Management Processes.
Implement and lead the development, refinement and execution of scopes for Shutdown and non-Shutdown scopes, including commissioning and start up plan support to flawless start up and Handover.
Lead role in detailed scheduling and Method statement reviews and finalization.
Prepare timely and comprehensive construction progress & Daily reports for assigned projects for effective communication and seamless construction delivery.
Ensure compliance to the terms and conditions of Contract and help review of Contractor claims.
Support timely indirect site management such as scaffolding, material delivery, etc. at site.
Help apply and manage hands on Tool Time productivity and forecasting at site.
Lead role in Completions: help generate and ensure complete closure of ITR’s, documentation and Punch List items, timely handover of documentation of completed projects, including Marked Up, As Built Drawings / Documentation and perform Construction Performance Post Implementation reviews, Lessons Learned and Close Out Reports for assigned Mechanical/Piping projects to support company’s continual improvement initiatives.
Lead role in Precommissioning coordination (e.g. flushing/hydrotesting/energization.).

Job Requirements
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
10 years post graduate experience out of which at least 6years should have been similar multidisciplinary construction supervisory roles on a similar scale.

Job Title: Reservoir Engineer

Job Summary
The role of the Reservoir Engineer is to participate in field reviews/studies to support field development planning and well and reservoir management activities through analysis and interpretation of Reservoir engineering data & using the same to build numerical reservoir simulation models and other analytical models as may be deemed appropriate.
The incumbent is expected under the guidance of senior REs and provide quality contributions to multi-disciplinary teams charged with the identification of production improvement opportunities and production optimization studies.
The RE will be assigned roles mainly in the Asset teams and may occasionally be seconded to corporate as the business demands.
His/her other roles will include contributions to Reserve booking, New Business Development, and budget management.
The contributions of this position directly affect the resource base and growth of the company in terms of hydrocarbon maturation.
Main Responsibilities
Work in an integrated study team /asset development team with guidance from senior/principal REs to make quality contributions to studies and field development plans. The required technical work will comprise but not limited to dynamic modelling, well/reservoir performance reviews, development options evaluation and economics. Dissemination of best practices with other team members.
Participates in Well surveillance activities (MER, BHP etc), and reservoir definition and behavior prediction of assigned reservoirs or fields.
Conducts conventional reservoir engineering and simulation studies to identify optimum recovery and field development options, adjusts reservoir development plans in response to changes in well and reservoir performance. Must have knowledge of well test design & interpretation, material balance modelling and performance modelling of vertical and horizontal wells.
Have good knowledge of various oil recovery enhancement techniques (water flood, gas injection, gas lift etc). Conducts, documents and presents, field reviews, and further development proposals.
Monitors production from existing fields, analyses all relevant data, and ensures that reservoirs are being properly managed, production is maximized and recoveries are optimal. To see to optimal implementation of reservoir management strategies where they do exist or work in conjunction with senior REs to put one in place where they do not exist.
Provides estimates of oil and gas resources by conducting annual reserves evaluation and be familiar with various reserves/resource classifications.
Prepares production testing proposals and provides guidelines for execution. Evaluates and interpret results, and recommend optimum methods of performance monitoring. Must have experience in reservoir pressure & fluid sampling, fluid property modelling, routine and special core analysis.
Possesses working knowledge of gas condensate reservoir systems as well as gas field development overview.
Knows the Company health, safety and environment policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility. Ensure that an HSE culture of Goal Zero is in place by contributing to key initiatives and providing appropriate role modeling: demonstrate full commitment and proactive HSE management; act as an Emergency Response team member as appropriate. Conducts effective accident investigation and follow up.
Educational Qualifications & Skills
University degree B.ENG in Engineering Discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience with an operator with a track record in Reservoir Engineering Management in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Familiar with modeling workflows including QC and taking Earth Model to a dynamic Model.
