We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Engineering - Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III
Location: Onne, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Work Schedule: Standard - 5 days on / 2 days off
Main Function
Provide functional guidance to and coordinate Drill Team Quality Representative (DTQR) network activities.
Ensure DTQRs are oriented to the Drilling Quality Management System and have the necessary tools and support needed to achieve Drill Team objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and
responsibilities, Level 3 will:
Develop Equipment Receiving Inspection Program
Develop Equipment Preventative Maintenance, Inspection and Test Program
Develop Pre-Job Service Tool & Equipment Inspections and Preparations
Develop Inventory Maintenance Inspections
Report to Drill Team Management on Contractor Performance
Facilitate Contractor Key Performance Indicators
Educate Drill Team Personnel in Quality Management System Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
B.S. Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized institution
10 - 31 years of work experience.
Previous experience in a closely related position
Experience in oilfield-related work
Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices. Abreast of best practices and latest technology in meeting minimum industry standards and specifications (such as API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), etc.) for manufacturing, inspecting, transporting, installing, maintaining and storing oilfield equipment.
Extensive knowledge of ASNT inspection practices.
Extensive knowledge of T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Course
Experience and extensive knowledge of oilfield Drilling and completion engineering or Operations.
Experience with Rig Equipment and related operations.
Good self-motivation and ability to influence others without authority (Drill Team, Quality Team, and Service Providers).
Strong organizational skills (programs, priorities, sharing/balancing the load).
Good business writing and computer software skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
At the airport level, leverage Bellagio Air’s services and brand equity as a reliable value carrier
Ensure Operational Efficiency in terms of On-Time Performance with the aim of achieving stipulated turnaround time and an average monthly OTP target as set by the Management.
Deliver superior customer service by ensuring all staff at the station are compliant with Bellagio Air customer service standards, are adequately trained, and adept in handling situations and conducting effective service recovery.
Ensure adherence to Bellagio Air’s safety standards by all staff including Third-party service providers and ramp drivers/ vehicles.
Ensure implementation of SOPs as reflected in the approved Airport Services Manual and ensure corrective and preventive actions for audit findings.
Liaise regularly with all stakeholders like Contact Centre, Security, Facilities & Logistics, Commercial department, and Third-party service providers to achieve seamless daily operations and conduct effective service recovery for customers during IROPS.
Responsible for the optimization of ticket sales and ancillaries on assigned routes.
Conduct monthly strategic meetings for achieving monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets and goals (e.g., monthly KPIs for OTP, ancillary revenue and ticket sales, and other performance indicators to improve.
Share insights and analytics with Head of ground Operations for increasing revenue via ticket sales and ancillaries at airports.
Ensure adherence to the allocated budget for the station and suggest cost-efficiency measures to the Head of ground Operation.
Display the ability to take charge and execute Bellagio Air’s Emergency Response Plan in case on an incident/accident.
Ensure the availability of manpower for the effective functioning of the station. The rosters should ensure effective cross-utilization of the station team
Regularly review airport operations processes and provide suggestions to the Head of ground Operations for new products and services to enhance customers’ experience at the airport.
Participate in recruitment activities, complete staff evaluations in a timely manner and ensure new hires imbibe the company’s culture.
Identify gaps within our processes to mitigate and eliminate fraudulent activities at the airport.
Ensure compliance with other activities and assignments assigned by the HOG.
Requirements
Candidate must be fluent in the English language.
Creative and proactive personality with a “can do" approach.
Experienced with working to deliver the company's KPls;
Time flexibility and ability to travel.
Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail.
3+ years of experience in airline Ground Operations and/or ground handling, preferably in a supervisory role.
Understanding of authority regulations in civil aviation and IATA ground handling concept.
Airside safety awareness.
IATA certification is an advantage
Desirable:
Experience in compliance & quality management and training as a Quality Auditor or similar.
