Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Lagos, Rivers and Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Ensure, in accordance with the statutory guidelines, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety, Health and Environment System procedure and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
Support the management in implementing the HSE Policy and Guidelines Issue.
Ensure all safety related tools and equipment are always in working condition.
Provides for motivation and familiarization of all company personnel respecting the importance of complying with the company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.
Conduct periodic safety auditsto promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
Performs Risk Assessment & PMP reviews for each direct report
Review and analyze data from audits, accident investigations, near misses, concessions, defect reports and customer complaints to identify adverse trends and implement preventive action.
Prepare and send monthly HSE report to the HSE Manager.
Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities and monitor progress.

Job Requirements

BSc or MSc in Engineering, Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene (preferred) and relevant professional certification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
Relevant ISO Certification is an advantage.
Occupational Health & Safety qualification (HSE level 3) is an added advantage.
NEBOSH Certificate, Membership of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria ISPON will be a plus.
Practical approach to problem solving in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Database Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by maintaining and cleaning datasets.

Key Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and supply chain processes.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and statistical skills.

FMCG Knowledge:

Familiarity with key FMCG metrics such as sales velocity, market share, promotional effectiveness, and inventory turnover.
Experience with large retail data sets is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.


Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage HR policies and procedures that align with overall company strategy.
Create and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives consistent with company objectives
Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding of newly hired staff.
Administer performance appraisal scheme and provide support for employee career advancement.
Ensure compliance with Employment laws and regulatory requirements across all aspects of employee life cycle.
Ensure employee benefits, such as healthcare, vacation, and personal leave policies, fulfill company objectives.
Support administrative functions of the company, including maintaining offices or other facilities, payment of utility bills, procurement of office and HR inventory.
Facilitate with management and execution of training and development programs to ensure the skills and knowledge needed by the staff to perform their roles are current, relevant, and cost-effective.

Requirements

Relevant Degrees in HR and Administration (Post graduation will be given preference).
Candidate must have 10 to 15 years of Experience in HR & Administration role.
Must have experience in FMCG andmanufacturing.
Must have handled Unionised and contract staff of about 2000 work strength and more (400 to 500 Unionised staff & 1500 to 2000 contract staff).
Must have handled all audits related to HR by internal or external parties (NESRA, LAWMA, Safety , Federal and state bodies independently ).
Must be fully aware of ILO and Nigerian labor laws.
Documentation and other compliance awareness.
Strong personality to handle all workforce strength mentioned above.
Must have experience working with cross functional departments.
