Job Summary
The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for two (2) Temporary Chauffeur / Clerk (OBO) positions in the General Services Office.

Responsibilities
The incumbent operates safely and efficiently an unarmored U.S. Government-owned or leased motor vehicle to transport passengers and/or cargo.
Works as a messenger and administrative clerk as directed.
Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in driving is required.
Job Knowledge:
Incumbent must have good knowledge of the Mission organization.
Must have good working knowledge of the city and its environments, including driving routes and traffic patterns.
Must be familiar with the location of hospitals, police and fire stations within the city and its immediate surroundings.
Salary
USD $9,443 per year.

The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Investigative Assistant position in the Regional Security Office.
Responsibilities
The Investigative Assistant (IA) assists in an array of sensitive and complex criminal investigations related to document fraud, human smuggling, trafficking in persons, and other criminal issues as directed by the Assistant Regional Security Officer- Investigator (ARSO-I).
The job holder provides investigative, analytical, and administrative support in the operation of the Diplomatic Security (DS) Overseas Criminal Investigations (OCI) program at post.
The job holder updates the ongoing investigations database in Department of State (DOS) computer systems, and controls access of sensitive information. The incumbent must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Two (2) years of general college or university studies is required.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in administrative, journalism, education, business, logistics, investigative analysis, legal, law enforcement, emergency response, analytical or research-related fields is required.
Salary
USD $42,391 per year.
