Attending to parents/ visitors who want to see the Director.
Keeping reminders on the Director’s schedule and reminding him promptly from time to time.
Filing and keeping of important documents that are peculiar to the office of the Director.
Ensuring the supervision of thorough cleaning and arranging of the Director’s office by the helper assigned.
Ensuring the Director execute all his statutory and special assignment/ work schedule promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Administration or other related fields.
Minimum of 1 year cognate experience as an administrator.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent Oral and Communication skills.
Must be reliable, ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary
