WAVE is solving what is arguably the biggest challenge on the continent: youth unemployment. In West Africa, 40-85% of youth, more than 50 million, are either unemployed or underemployed. Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations of the school.
Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
Manage communication between staff, parents, and stakeholders.
Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules.
Support the enrollment process and admissions activities.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian educational standards.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle correspondence and reports as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Nigerian educational policies is a plus.
Salary
N80,000 per month.
