Role Overview
The Management Trainee program is a comprehensive development program that will give you hands-on experience in various departments.
This role is designed to offer structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning, preparing you for leadership roles within CIG Motors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations within various departments, including Examples: Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance.
Work closely with department managers to gain insight into business functions and processes.
Participate in company training sessions, workshops, and strategic meetings.
Support team objectives and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Collaborate across departments to foster interdepartmental communication and efficiency.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2:1
Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or work experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Mindset: Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
