We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Cook (Industrial Catering)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

Must be able to prepare varieties of national dishes.
Hardworking, diligent, with positive energy.
Must be physically fit.
Monitor stock / inventory levels and place orders when there are shortages to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned after use and that all areas are clean and orderly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure regular customer satisfaction.
Maintain equipment according to specifications.
Maintain recipe logs and meet production quotas.

Requirements

Must have a valid BOSIET or HUET certification.
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience.
Must be innovative, smart and a team player.
