Job Title: Overall Relationship Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Summary
The Overall Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
This role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions to meet those needs, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction, promote loyalty, and drive client growth through excellent relationship management.
Responsibilities
Oversee activities of all Relationship Officers (ROs) in their respective stations.
Conduct weekly meetings with Customer Relationship Officers (CROs) to review goals and performance.
Provide support and guidance to the team to ensure smooth operational flow.
Perform weekly station visits to monitor marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with sales targets and company objectives.
Facilitate business setup, including brand awareness initiatives, in coordination with ROs.
Develop weekly activity plans for ROs to guide their efforts.
Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on station performance, sales metrics, and relevant KPIs.
Regularly update and analyze sales trends to track performance and forecast needs.
Update pricing information as needed, based on market dynamics.
Monitor and report on bike delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM with relevant customer and sales data.
Actively track sales trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
Track team performance, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities to enhance their effectiveness.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams for process continuity.
Maintain an up-to-date customer purchase record across all sales categories using MS Excel and Zoho CRM.
Create and update a comprehensive customer database, including biodata records.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, client relations, or customer service roles.
Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving retention targets.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and anticipate client needs.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
