Responsibilities

The Restaurant Management Trainee is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of assigned Restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc (Second Class Upper Degree) / HND (Upper Credit) qualification in Food Sciences or related courses.
Required Skills:

Passion for good food, and culinary skills is an added advantage, demonstrable leadership skills.
