Job Title: Field Superintendent
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent/Full time
Job Description
Monitor daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary.
Develop and implement strategies and training toward accomplishing organizational goals and values.
Coordinate and monitor flow of production; is able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.
Supervise and monitor all maintenance and Operations activities in the FS.
Perform verification of production output according to specifications prior distributing reports.
Requirements
A Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, preferably Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or any related Technical /operational discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of Supervisory experience in the said role in Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.
Extensive Project management knowledge.
Great People Skills.
Interpreting and ensuring compliance to safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to field workers.

Job Description
As a FACS (Field Automation and Control Systems) Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for field automation and control systems in the Flow-station.
Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Field Automation and Control Systems (FACS) on the field.
Plan and execute system upgrades, including hardware replacements, software updates, and configuration changes, to enhance system capabilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and other related equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field support engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other automation systems.
Experience in system installation, configuration, and commissioning in a field environment.
Strong understanding of automation and control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and instrumentation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a field setting.
