We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
The Job
Coordinate the preparation and presentation of Health and safety training for safety committee members.
Carrying out regular site inspections/safety audit to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risk could be reduced.
Carrying out Investigation, reporting and recording of incident (includes near miss, unsafe act and condition) as well as accidents.
Ensure safe work practices and compliant with legislation (including strict work permit system implementation for all non-routine works.)
Preparing monthly KPI (Key Performance statistics)
Preparing weekly HSE report:(Contractor’s forecast, Work permit)
Keeping records of inspection findings and producing report that suggest improvement
Ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used by the workers.
Inspection and monitoring of fire extinguishers and hose reel.
Qualifications / Experience
First Degree in any related flied.
GHSE, NEBOSH will be an added advantage.
At least 4 Years cognate experience.
The Person Must:
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be computer literate.
Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.
Have 100% compliance and safety standards.
Ensure that all GMP and safety rules are followed all the time.
Possess organizational and time management skills.
Have excellent level of conformance with FSMS.

Qualification / Experience
B.Sc / HND in any related discipline.
3 years experience in sales and distribution.
The Person Must:
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to achieve or exceed the territory’s annual sales target.
Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.
Have the ability to influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
Ensure that all GMP and safety rules are followed 100% of the time.
Possess high level of conformance with FSMS.
Assist in reducing customers ignorance of the company's brand and products within the territory.
