About the Program
This 5-month intensive on-site training program is an incredible opportunity to deepen your knowledge, refine your technical skills, and contribute to ongoing projects.
The program is tailored for engineers with 2 to 3 years of experience in composite pipes.
Program Details:
Duration: 5 months.

Comprehensive, hands-on training in fiberglass (FRP/GRP/GRE/GRV/ESP) and composite piping systems.
Structured learning modules combined with practical exposure to live projects.
Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the oil and gas industry.

Monthly stipends will be paid during the training period.
Selection Process
At the end of the program, an assessment will be conducted, and the top 3 performers will be selected to join our team as full-time engineers.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petrochemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
2 - 3 years of experience in piping systems within the oil and gas, marine, or petrochemical industries.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and an eagerness to learn.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
