Job Title: Documentation / Operations Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

We require an honest, diligent and intelligent professional to grow our team in Port Harcourt branch office as a Documentation/Operations Officer.

Responsibilities

Update records, files and follow up on documentation requirements and ensure timely submission.
Review and verify the accuracy of documents such as contracts, invoices, reports and shipping documents.
Coordinate logistics and administrative processes.
Identify inefficiencies in documentation and operational processes and recommend improvements.

Major Requirements

A Degree / HND in Business Administration, or any of the Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities.
Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of import documentation (preparation of final documents for PAAR processing, SONCAP, Form M and Capturing/Assessment).
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Reward System

Salary is about N200,000 (net) per month.
There is bright prospect for career growth.
