About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk/Executive Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a polished, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, scheduling, and coordinating executive-level task with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, representing the company professionally while managing various administrative task.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives when required.
Coordinate with office suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless office operations.
Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and manage inventory for office supplies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative, front desk/executive assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
