Job Title: Marine Services Supervision (JUB) Officer
Locations: Warri, Delta and Rivers

Service Deliverables
Provide Marine operations support (MOC) to SCiN Marine activities. Provide input for marine support with other Business Partners at the planning/implementation phase ensuring HAZID recommendations are met.
Accountable for delivering RIG, JUB and Project Barge moves in SPDC and EPC areas of accountabilities.
Responsible for supporting MOC for end-of-month EFMS vs Daily reported fuel consumption analysis. Red flags are to be worked on with the Contract Holder for follow-up with vendors for investigations.
Conducted marine vessel MFE engagements with vessels and combined ride-on vessel attendances with overnight stays onboard.
Maintain and update relevant systems (GMAS, SharePoint) and documents.
Support to develop procedures for anchor handling, JUB and RIG moves and other related activities.
Review of anchor patterns, Rig/JUB moves and associated mooring procedures and vessel stability analysis
Support Offshore and/or Inshore vessel load-out confirmation.
Liaise with relevant 3rd party vessel stakeholders as applicable.
Form part of Marine Duty Supervisor call-out rota for out-of-hours support
Coordinate delivery with the SPDC Marine Assurance Team
Provision of marine representatives to support Jack barges moves, mobile offshore drilling units moves and other support vessels employed by the Company
Undertake Marine Warranty Surveyor on employed vessels.
Undertake vessel Inspections as and when required.
Support SPDC Project Teams as and when required for marine-related activities not mentioned above.
Support the Marine Assurance team with incident investigation.
Requirements
The resources to be deployed for the service should meet the following minimum qualifications:
A minimum of Master Class 1 or Chief Engineer Class 1 Foreign Going Certificate of Competency.
At least 5 years experience in Marine Transport Logistics Business
Candidates with Class 2 Deck or Engineer Certificate of Competency (Unlimited) with more than 5 years of sea-going experience at the management level will also be considered.
Demonstrable experience in the management of jack-up barge moves, such as jack-up mover, IOC assurance of jack-up moves and/or senior officers on jack-up barges.
Experience in the use of MS Suites, and Jack Stability tables.
An accredited eCMID/OVID inspector is an added advantage.
