Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their team as an Office Administrator.
In this role, you will play a crucial part as the primary communication liaison between the Port Harcourt office staff and top management.
The ideal candidate should have graduated with a degree or its equivalent in business administration or other related fields and with significant post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities
Main communication point of contact within the Port Harcourt office staff and top management on a day-to-day basis.
Direct management of office operations in consonance with the Accountant and Managing Consultant.
Support the Accountant and the marketing staff with training arrangements and scheduling.
Proactively suggest ideas for process improvement, sealing losses, and increasing income.
Update existing policy documents and work with top management to formulate new ones.
Ensure staff performance is monitored over set parameters.
Requirements
HND in Business Administration or other related fields with significant post-qualification experience.
Excellent written, verbal communication.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom App, and Google Meet.
Candidates must be emotionally intelligent.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment is desirable.
