Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Personal Assistant to the Farmyad director will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and acting as a reliable right hand.
This role involves coordinating schedules, handling communications, organizing travel, managing confidential documents, and performing various administrative tasks to support the director’s efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Ensure all engagements are prioritized and conflicts are resolved in a timely manner.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries, ensuring all travel documents are in order.
Assist with special projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the required standards.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
Assist with personal errands and tasks to optimize the director’s time and focus.

Qualifications
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executive or personal assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive or director.
Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
High level of adaptability, able to manage shifting priorities and tasks.
Familiarity with event planning logistics.
High level of physical fitness to handle occasional physical tasks.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to honesty and confidentiality.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
