Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Sales Representatives to drive our sales initiatives.
We are looking for results-driven Sales Representatives with 2 - 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our cashew products to prospective and existing customers.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company’s cashew products to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
Solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary (N130,000 - N150,000 monthly) with exclusive logistics & data allowance.
