Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Ticketing/Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Handle ticket bookings and reservations efficiently.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain reports as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven minimum Knowledge of GDS
Knowledge of Travel Agency operations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Close proximity to Kado is a must.
