Description
As part of our commitment to maintaining high standards of security and reliability, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Territory Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Make Outbound calls to existing clients to offer the Jiji services and maintain client relationships.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
Establish clear client retention goals
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services that meet client needs. Promoting new offers, upgrades, or packages to existing clients.
Understanding and resolving client issues providing tailored solutions and also educating clients about new service features, updates, or benefits.
Share feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends to improve sales strategies.
Work Targets
Achieve current outbound call target of 70
Must be open to working on Saturdays.
Convert Sales target as set by Line Manager.
