We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Company: Insurance Company.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders at designated bank branches to drive business growth.
Generate premium for both Life and General Business insurance.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Develop and maintain partnerships with Microfinance Banks and other Financial Institutions.
Manage post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and value delivery.
Organize and facilitate financial education workshops and seminars.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Financial Institution, with a proven track record in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Salary
N200,000 per monthand quarterly bonuses.
