We are a diversified and internationally recognized energy company that provides stable and reliable power to all customers by generation and distribution of power while maintaining stringent adherence to OEM guidelines of operation and maintenance. Apart from power generation and distribution, we can also provide EPC and maintenance services for substations, transmission line and pressure reducing & measuring stations. At Paras Energy, we believe that electricity should be accessible and affordable to all. Job Title: Station Manager

Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Operational Management of the Station

Compliance with health and safety principles

Manage staff and training

Customer Service and Relation

Monitoring and Reporting

Marketing and Promotion

Resolve customer complaints

HSE Management

Create and maintain employee schedules

Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess HND/bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 7 - 10 years’ work experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.

Ideal Candidates will be resident in Papalanto, Ewekoro Local Government, Ogun State or willing to relocate to Papalanto at their own expense.

Ability to work on weekends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
