Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Station Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Sagamu - Ogun, Ogbomosho - Oyo, Bonsac & Anwai - Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail station.
This includes monitoring sales performance, evaluating operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
The manager will also ensure compliance with HSE standards, coordinate with the marketing team to promote products, and lead and develop the station staff.
Requirements

HND/ B.Sc. in Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills required. Physical fitness.
