Job Title: Office Assistant

Locations: Utako - Abuja, Akobo, Ibadan - Oyo and Rumuomasi Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Summary

The position of Office Assistant will be responsible for all office support functions, which include: social media management, customer relationships, operations, and inventory for the organisation.
Key job responsibilities
Office Management:

Guide the operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning and a productive work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to prevent disruptions.
Organize and maintain filing systems for company documents, ensuring security and easy access.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
Social Media Management:

Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Create and schedule engaging content tailored to the paper packaging industry’s target audience.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Actualisation between clients and the company, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.
Operational Support:

Support the Store Manager by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking order statuses.
Ensure that all office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Inventory Management:

Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of packaging products, supplies, and raw materials.
Order Coordination: Manage inventory reorders, ensuring stock levels are optimal and deliveries are timely.
Warehouse Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining the storage of
Inventory for efficient access and safety compliance.
Vendor Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues with returns, exchanges, or discrepancies.
Inventory Reporting: Prepare and share regular inventory status reports with the Store
Manager to prevent overstock or shortages.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
