Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rvers
Job Type: Full time

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the oil and gas sector.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, supporting management, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative operations, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence. 
Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy accessibility of company documents. 
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. 
Assist in office procurement, ensuring all supplies and resources are available for smooth workflow. 
Support HR-related tasks such as record-keeping, employee documentation, and onboarding processes. 
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency. 
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the oil and gas sector. 

Key Requirements & Qualifications 

Education: HND or B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry. 
Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners. 
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
